About Marlow
Marlow is a small online retailer based in New Jersey. We sell a short list of practical wellness products for people who carry their stress in their neck and shoulders — which, judging by our inbox, is most of us.
How we work
We're an online-only shop. We don't have a storefront, a call centre, or a sales team. We choose products from manufacturing partners, we test them, we write the instructions in plain English, and we answer the emails ourselves.
Some of our stock ships from overseas fulfilment partners, which is why standard delivery takes 7–14 business days rather than two. We'd rather tell you that up front than surprise you after you've paid. Any import duties are on us, never on you.
What we won't do
We won't tell you a device will cure anything. Our products are comfort and wellness devices — they help muscles relax, and for a lot of people that's genuinely useful, but they are not medical treatment and we don't pretend otherwise. If your pain is severe, spreading, or getting worse, please see a doctor. We'd rather lose the sale.
We also won't make it hard to send something back. Thirty days from delivery, no explanation required.
